"GoodLink®" is liable in accordance with general laws as a contents provider for its own content, which it has ready for use. A distinction must be made between its own contents and cross-references ("links") to the contents made available by other suppliers. By means of cross-reference "GoodLink®" has "third party contents" ready for use, which are indicated in this way: (Link) "GoodLink®" is only liable for third party contents if there is positive knowledge about them (i.e. also of illegal and punishable contents) and it is technically and reasonably possible to prevent their use (Section 5 Subsection 2 TDG). "Links" are always "living" (dynamic) references. On the first connection "GoodLink®" checked third party contents for the possibility of creating liability under civil or criminal law. However, according to the TDG, the content provider is not obliged to keep checking the contents it refers to in its offer for changes, which could provide new grounds for liability. Only when it ascertains or it is pointed out by others that an actual offer, for which it is providing a link, creates liability under civil or criminal law, does it cancel the reference to this offer, provided this is technically possible and reasonable. The technical possibility and reasonableness are not influenced by the fact that even after terminating access on the Homepage where the link is placed, the offer which is liable under civil or criminal law, can still be accessed by other servers. GoodLink® can reject URL links without providing a reason or also cancel existing URL links on the same basis. The user undertakes to release "GoodLink®" from all third party claims. Should individual provisions be wholly or partly invalid or lose their validity subsequently, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be effected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision closest to the intended commercial purpose. There is no obligation to accept.

Routine Information Collection
All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.
